Pour instaurer un changement durable et mesurable, la DEI doit \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la culture de l&#039;organisation, et cela commence par un engagement du leadership visant \u00e0 obtenir des r\u00e9sultats concrets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Pourquoi l&#039;engagement du leadership est essentiel<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les initiatives DEI les plus efficaces sont celles qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&#039;un soutien ferme de la direction \u2013 mais attention, tous les dirigeants ne se valent pas. Ils doivent \u00eatre pr\u00eats \u00e0 accepter l&#039;inconfort li\u00e9 \u00e0 la transformation des pratiques \u00e9tablies et avoir la confiance n\u00e9cessaire pour remettre en question les changements superficiels et le symbolisme. Un leadership actif est essentiel pour communiquer clairement les objectifs DEI et aborder ouvertement les probl\u00e8mes. De plus, les dirigeants doivent montrer l&#039;exemple et assumer la responsabilit\u00e9 des progr\u00e8s accomplis pour garantir le succ\u00e8s des initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Valeur de la cr\u00e9ation d&#039;une culture ax\u00e9e sur la diversit\u00e9, l&#039;\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l&#039;inclusion<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour cultiver une culture d&#039;innovation, d&#039;engagement et de confiance, la direction doit prendre des mesures concr\u00e8tes afin de cr\u00e9er des environnements stimulants o\u00f9 chaque employ\u00e9 se sent valoris\u00e9 et respect\u00e9. Les dirigeants doivent favoriser un climat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 o\u00f9 chacun peut partager ses id\u00e9es, s&#039;exprimer librement et participer aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels ou en \u00eatre inform\u00e9 sans crainte de jugement ni de repr\u00e9sailles.
