Founded in 2022, Canadian Association of Black and Racialized Equity and Inclusion Professionals (Kusema) was established as a space for members with diverse realities to connect, share experiences and build relationships with peers for support and collaboration. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in the field of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
Our goal is to ensure that our members excel in their career and stay motivated, committed and engaged. We believe that every member of the association embodies integrity, resilience, dedication and adaptability.
