Darnly has 15 years of experience in the education sector, where she has excelled as both an Internship and a Business Development coordinator. In these roles, she has refined her ability to build and sustain robust relationships with companies, leveraging her skills to enhance collaboration and drive mutual success. Darnly has an exceptional ability to bridge the gap between educational institutions and the professional world ensuring that interns gain valuable experience and establish networks. With a passion for earlier career development, she plays a key role in supporting student advancement through a meaningful and healthy internship experience.  Equity, diversity, and inclusion are fundamental to her values, steering her work and advocacy. She is dedicated to supporting marginalized communities, with a special emphasis on newcomer women and children. Since 2016, her deep passion for communication has driven her to volunteer at community radio stations, where she has conducted numerous interviews, giving emerging artists and storytellers a platform to share their voices.

Darnly is committed to lifelong learning and has earned certificates in Immigration and Interethnic Relations, Human Resources Management, and Intercultural Education, culminating in a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Additionally, she holds a Short Graduate Diploma in Mentoring and a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Management, Marketing Communication, and Branding.
