He has a distinguished track record in facilitating meaningful equity conversations and creating collaborative learning spaces. His expertise spans across qualitative and quantitative research conducted in North America, Europe, and Africa, which has greatly informed his data-driven approach to decision-making and organizational advancement.

Prince has earned a Ph.D. from the University of Aston in England, an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire in England, and a BSc from Rivers State University of Science and Technology in Nigeria. Prince also has a Certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University. Prince currently serves as the Superintendent of Leadership and Parent Engagement (Business) at the Ottawa Catholic School Board, overseeing Indigenous Education and Equity Diversity and Inclusion Portfolios. Outside of work, enjoys spending time with family, following global politics, and reading diverse literature.
